If you require unfinished PCBs, you qualify as a PCB-Broker customer and
you can create requests for quotation.
If you have registered as a customer
with PCB-Broker you can start to create requests for quotation immediately.
Our general terms and conditions of trade
must be observed, please confirm this during registration.
Some manufacturers will require the
layout file of your PCB to calculate their offer. Please load this onto our
server after creating the request for quotation.
You can collect manufacturer's
offers during the period that you have defined for receiving offers for
your request for quotation. Please ensure that these offers include an
expiry date.
If you have selected an offer you
can accept it in the "list of own requests for quotation" menu.
You will then enter into a contract which obliges you to accept the
delivery of the ordered PCBs.
You can follow the progress
of your order in the list of accepted offers menu. The manufacturer will
ensure delivery of the goods.
On receipt of your order you must
assess the delivery. This enables other PCB-Broker customers to obtain
feed back about the quality of their goods. |
If you are a producer of unfinished PCB's or sales department, you can qualify
as a manufacturer. You may submit offers for the requests for quotation which
have been created by customers.
Manufacturer registration takes
place in two stages. The first stage involves filing in the manufacturer
registration form and returning it. The second stage involves downloading
the contracts, signing them and faxing them back to PCB-Broker.
Your manufacturer account will be
activated after your contract has been checked by PCB-Broker.
Select a request for quotation to
create an offer. To do this either go to the "list of all requests
for quotation" or to "creating an offer" on the details page
of a request for quotation.
If you require the PCB layout file to
calculate the offer you can request this in the "Ordering layout file"
area. You will be sent a link enabling you to download the layout file.
If a customer has chosen your offer you will
receive the customer data and can begin production immediately.
If the customer has chosen another offer you will be informed and your offer
will be deleted automatically.
Send the ordered goods directly to
the customer. In return PCB-Broker will send you the agreed payment less commission.
When the customer has checked and
processed the received goods your delivery will be assessed. |
